NCF Fellowship–On the journey of love, we are never alone
To bring emotional and social support to more craniofacial patients around the world, we recently launched our first International Seed Social Worker Training Program!
For 8 unforgettable days, we invited our six long-term partner representatives from Vietnam, Cambodia, Mongolia, and the Philippines to Taiwan for a study tour, allowing them to learn from our overly 30 years of social work experience and psychosocial support services.
This 8-day training program included keynote lectures, visits to craniofacial centers, hands-on participation in social work activities, and rich cultural exchanges.
One of our trainees, Ruby from Vietnam, was especially touched by a storytelling session in a kindergarten “I’ll never forget how the kids learned about cleft conditions through empathy and love. I hope to bring this spirit of care back to Vietnam.”
